Oh, this turned out to be SO pretty! I have chrome powders (a lifetime supply of them, for sure) but not flakes like this. I don't think the chrome powders I have would turn out like this as they are all very fine dust that is meant to be rubbed into top coat (over black or other colored gel polishes) to make metallic/mirror nails.
