I mean this comment in the BEEEEST WAY. The part where you nicked her with the file is my FAVOURITE PART. And It's because of how you handled it so effortlessly and calmly. I get anxiety, and I once nicked a customer with a similar sized cut. She got quite pissy at me actually, even though I apologised profusely and felt completely awful. As soon as she left, I let frustration take over and cried (in retrospect I must laugh. Of course I realise afterwards that I was overreacting. And this is where people like KIRSTY are so AWESOME, because of how mentally prepared you are for any situation, big or small, and even though you didn't intend to, you just gave me a really good lesson in ah well, shit happens, lets move on. I really look up to Kirsty because of how she always seems to handle everything in such a chill way.

Last week I had the worst nail experience of alll, all time She had a new nail file, which she wanted to try out. Well, my nails/skinn were covered with scratches, until bleeding. I said something about it, to which she replied back, that it is my fault because I have a thin skin. She kept filing over the wounds. But what could I do? leaving with an ugly set of nails, half finished? So she kept going. I asked her to file the sharp edges of the file. She doesn't give a shit, about my bleeding fingers. Yeah, it hurt.

Ooo you cut your hair Love it Personally I have tried to do nails with tips and failed terribly but I do much better with forms and my latest attempt was with dual forms with gel and they came out pretty good (I only do this on my own nails btw. Really want to get some of your AcryGel though, I think that would work really well for me. Love your videos and can't beat a bit of Stoke humour

Love, love, love AcryGel and other acrylic gel mixtures. They are so easy to work with. I was recently certified in April and Acrylic is still just a bit too hard for me to maneuver so, for me, this has been the easiest route in assuring that my clientele are getting a beautiful and safe application of their extensions. Thank you for this tutorial Kirsty

Question: I sculpt nails only with forms and most of my clients want long nails (like in this video, is it suitable for it? I really wanna switch over to Acrygel and everything Naio Nails, but need the confirmation before I place my order. Love your vids Kirsty, they are super informative Love from Norway: )

What Id like to know is what can be done for clubbed fingers. My nails curve down. I know you cant change how it forms but is it possible to start from a nub of a nail and build it up straight out? My apex is very highly too. Like a mountain. But I would love to be able to do nails that look normal.

I really like that, you have done a full video on this product. Helps a lot of people better understand that product. Love the idea of shaping a tip into a ballerina/coffin nail. Love your hair style and the softness of the colour. All around, As always Perfect video
