Am I the only one who hates it? :s I dont want to be mean but I think he totally ruined her? Dont get me wrong I'm not trying to hate on him I'm sure he's great and he's obviously talented but this look in particular for Chloe I think ages her and the foundation is way too yellow and idk I just can't help but think that this looks really bad

I live in Kentucky and sadly we don't really have any makeup artist here. I'm wanting to go to a school in California to become one. I just wish we had one here I want someone to do my makeup for prom next year and no one does it
