I'm saying this with all the love, I don't know how it's possible to spend 2 hours to get ready to go out, but cannot spend 30 minutes to prepare a homemade fresh meal. I'm not saying it has to be diet food or anything, just a meal that won't have been in some fridge for 2 months. It's a great way to set an example for many people watching you that have the same habits. And most of all Its an act of self love.
