I-m a master esthetician of over thirty years and I have over thirty years of practical knowledge with skin and skin care. I-m 54 and I don-t do anything invasive to my skin and I don-t even wear foundation or concealer.
After taking care of hundreds of thousands of clients I can say foundation is the number one cause of acne and aging besides the sun.
I also love olive oil!!

I agree with a lot of this tips, however for people with acne like myself, exfoliating isn't good. It causes more redness and breakouts on my face, (speaking from personal experience). I thought I should just point this out as I don't want anyone with acne to go through what I did!!!

My big tip for no make up days as a fair hair and skin girl, is to tint your brows and eyelashes. I find it helps me where a lot less make up generally because it just helps those features look naturally defined.

yeah she's amazing without makeup. in my opinion makeup it's just a mask... even if girls like it, but like a bit, ok too much... well.. I would feel weird. but truly, beauty comes from inside.

Just a note, you might be breaking out in your eyebrows because of the hairspray on your spoolie! Whenever I use hairspray on my hair I always break out if it gets on my face.

sugar creates microtears in your skin because there are harsh edges on each particle. olive oil actually does not moisturize your skin because it can-t penetrate deep enough

Yes! The eyelash curler trick! Been doing it for 20 yrs... I can-t leave the house with out curling my eyelashes. No makeup- it def opens up the eyes ;)
