Iam from india and I use coconut oil+castor oil I'll heat it up for few minutes and I'll Waite it to be cool and then I'll use it, this is really effective -

Does applying those oils not make your scalp oily? I got dandruff after using castor oil despite using the Neutrogena shampoo afterwards.

how long does this last in the bottle? the reason i'm asking is that you have added water and there is no preservative in your recipe.

Re mix1: how about letting it cool down and pouring into a plastic spray bottle afterwards? Any reason not to do it this way?
