there are so many positive adjectives I can think of to describe her and they have all be said by others. one that I come back to, and it may not seem important, is this: capable. I so admire her for taking life as it was dished out and rising to the occasion. Not too afraid to meet Elvis at only 14 and then accepting his invitation to leave her family for Memphis and then ultimately marrying him. Then breaking free when she felt she had to [guts! ] and establishing a life of her own. Then on to modeling/acting. And then figuring out what to do after Elvis' passing. And it all somehow worked out due to her capability to make it so. She may be petite in stature but she has a universe in her head.

So much class and such beauty in one woman. I loved learning that she and Elvis liked to dress up even in their off moments. That info sheds a lot of light on their personalities! I love this series!

she's a gorgeous, graceful woman, but never forget she was only 14 - a child - when she and elvis started dating. he groomed her and her parents failed her, massively.

Such a shame she had so much plastic surgery she was truly beautiful in her day. What I love about her she will defend Elvis to her dying day that is truly remarkable.
