I really want that pizza screen: what other things can I use it for? Lauren: congratulations on your book! I read quite a bit of YA (although I am too old for it at 42) so I will be checking the book out (if it comes in Kindle, don't know how I can buy it physically from Argentina. Stuffed crust is incredibly common in Brazil, and we often stuff it with catupiry, which is a sort of creamy cheese product somewhere between cheese sauce and cream cheese. If you ever have the chance I recommend you try it, it's much better than simply stuffing your crust with plain old mozz.

I remember when I first heard stuffed crust pizza is made using string cheese, it blew my mind wide open. Now whenever I eat it, I can't shake the thought that I'm literally eating a melted version of that garbage I had in the fridge as a kid and I'm loving every second of it.
