Great video as always. My question is wrapping in foil will bring it up an additional 35 degrees? I thought resting meat only came up about 10 degrees.

Jack Daniels. mmmmmmm. My. Problem I crack the bottle and I always seem to lose the cap so I have to drink it all otherwise it will evaporate. lol
