A true classic. It's taken us a little while to perfect this one because we want it to be PERFECT, and my goodness it is. There's no way you can have just one of these Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, so it's a good job this recipe makes 12! The best thing about these is that you can store them in your freezer and bake whenever you NEED a Cookie, (for me that's all day everyday. We know you are going to love these Cookies as we are all utterly obsessed with them. Make sure to tag us on Instagram, sallydells cupcakejemma danepemberton and use #cupcakejemma so we can all see and share your bakes. 230g Cold Butter 135g Caster Sugar 135g Light Brown Sugar 200g Raisins 300g Plain Flour 10g Baking Powder 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 110g Oats 2 Eggs

I think i need to buy a bigger freezer to store all these NY cookies batter, so that whenever i have the cravings, i can just pop them in the oven & then voila, a perfect cookies every time. Thank you for all the wonderful recipes, sally, jemma, dane & the rest of the CND team. You guys rock. #staysafe

I was just wondering, cause you guys seem to use cold butter for all your cookies. Does the cookie turn hard the next day and you have to microwave it to make it softer? When I made oatmeal cookies, i used cold butter, and they were so hard i had to microwave them before i eat it.

Hi Sally. thank you for another yummy cookie recipe. i have made several of your different cookie recipes and they all turn out a great success. i love the method of freezing and using however many required. What kind of oats are best to use in these please.

They look delicious but I wondered why you put the eggs in last. But usually when you make cookies you cream the sugars and butter together then you add the eggs and vanilla if there is any we don't wait till the end to add the eggs.

How about chocolate chip raisin oatmeal cookies? Should I just toss in some chocolate chips, or take out some of the raisins? Yum. Also, can you publish the written instructions for all of us in the US. I can't order your kit.

I usually buy my ingredients but over the last few videos, I've realised how much easier it would be if I bought it of your website. I also want to help the company as it is amazing and not one single recipe has let me down!
