Hi Jemma, i've been meaning to ask this for a long time. i've noticed among all bakers online that i'm following, you're the only one that put everything all of your ingredients (except the milk and vanilla) at one go and mix up the batter. while most of the bakers use to cream first the butter+sugar+egg then slowly adding the wet and other dry ingredients. Is there any big difference in the batter or the cake itself? thanks in advance

Some of your recipes use plain flour. Some of your recipes use self raising flour. All of them seem to use Bicarb soda (baking soda. From what I have read, self raising has a lower protein content than plain flour with bicarb and salt in it. I normally only have plain flour or cake & pastry flour at home. What would you recommend I do?

Right now I'm waiting for the cupcakes to cool down so I can put on the frosting; in the mean time I've tried the buttercream and OMG. It's the bomb I love it I could eat it just with a spoon: pAnyway, I can't wait for the cupcakes to cool down to assemble all the recipe. I can anticipate that is gonna be a really good recipe, thanks Jemma

CupcakeJemma is their anyway you can convert grams into cups? I get really confused. I truly love your YouTube account but the thing I dont like is the measurments for example the grams. Please help me out. Do you have a website where the measurments will be in cups?

I made this recipe and everything turned out great besides the butter cream. Would've been better if you had said how many cups instead of saying the amount of grams. That really messed me up. I did search it but people were giving different answers.

You are Idol for my little brother. He wanted to make cupcake so he always watched all of your videos. Even if he stayed in hospital, he still watched you everyday until before he was gone. You made him so happy. Thank you so much about your videos.

Would it be possible to put the peanut butter filling/dough into the cupcake cases whilst the mixture is still wet before you put it in the oven? - that way the cake would form around it and the filling would be hot and melty?
