If you have a food processor, an easier way to make the sorbet without an ice cream machine is to pour the mixture into a large plastic bag and freeze it into a thin, flat sheet. When solid, break up the pieces, put it into a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Put the mixture into an airtight container and freeze. You might also want to add some alcohol as well, about 1-2 tablespoons (Don't worry, kids can still eat this even with the alcohol)

I visited the crumbs and doiles on kingly street yesterday. It's beautiful You have an amazing company where everything tastes as good as it looks You even came down to say hello to a little girl that had traveled from Dublin, unlike her I was too chicken to say hello. Keep up the good work

Hi Jemma I'm a huge fan. I was wondering if do you have to you use caster sugar or can you use any other sugar. Does it make a difference in how to sweets turn out or not Thank You so Much.

looks amazing I like how you always specify your ingredients, like free range eggs or high quality vanilla extract. We can tell you really put a lot of thought into your baking: D
