Hi Jemma, I just wanted to let you know how lovely everyone in the shop was today. It was my first time visiting and I was nervous because of my allergy(I usually modify recipes so I won t be I ll, but the ladies downstairs were lovely and offered to make me something I was allowed as I am allergic to sulphites (everything contained baking powder or marshmallows. I decided to risk a cookie and it was delicious. I will definitely be coming again. Thank you so much to everyone who was in the shop.

A Roulade reminds me of a Pavlova. Just flat, lol. I'm about to make one for the weekend. Since my entire family loves Pavlova I'm sure they'd love this too. Now to find some Yuzu juice I know we can use other flavors but the way you described Yuzu. That's what I'm aiming for. Sending this video to my playlist asap. Thanks Gemma.

i feel like jemma is now actually messier than sally and dane. they always seem to bake to perfection and hers usually look the worse. :O feels like teacher is now the student haha
