Test kitchen manager, June, is making anything goes pantry cookies at home! No matter what you might have lingering around in your pantry at this moment, this recipe will be here for you. If you love a classic chocolate chip cookie, keep it simple with chocolate chips and a sprinkling of flaky sea salt. But if you're fresh out of chocolate and still love a good salty-sweet combination, there is nothing better than the gentle, flaky crunch of a cheddary Goldfish set against the background of soft, chewy cookie dough. But don't let June limit your imagination. These are your pantry cookies

June, you became my favorite YouTuber from your budget challenge videos. My kids (13 and almost 11) love you, too.
One issue we face, though, is that my daughter and I both have celiac disease. I cook and bake a lot, but baked snacks and desserts are tough- all GF flours are not created equal.
Would you be interested in doing a taste test of different gluten free flours in cookies, cake, etc? Rice flour, nut flours, coconut flour, Cassava, etc. Your taste tests are so descriptive and lovely and thorough- I'd love to hear your insights into GF baking.

It is such a simple concept, but I have never thought of dividing a cookie dough recipe and making more than one kind of cookie with it. While I am pretty sure some of June-s more radical combos will not be used, I definitely will use the divided dough idea.
I kept waiting for the hot sauce version to appear. Poor Aaron.

The are people on the internet who you wish to be,
Others that you never ever want to see,
And those who are just a blessing from the gods,
June would be one of those people.

Making these today with the addition of pretzels salted caramel chunks and pecans. Thinking sweet salty crunchy. Never used melted butter in my cookies so we'll see how it goes

I love cookies for breakfast. I love white chocolate chips and dried cranberries. Sometimes I use dried pineapples and mangoes.
Your cookies look great!

Maybe this is me over analyzing the video but June-s genuine passion for food is helping me develop such a healthier relationship with food
