Do not add chocolate to popcorn the way the skittles were added! Chocolate is VERY sensitive to burning and you'll end up with a revolting mess. If you want, you can melt chocolate in a double boiler or in 10 second increments in the microwave and drizzle it on top of already popped popcorn

The cereal thing isn-t even a hack. Those mini travel cereal boxes have had serrated lines in them to turn it into bowls for years. Someone just decided to do the same thing to a full size box.

When I was a kid we used to buy packs of mini single serve boxes of cereal. The boxes were perforated to open like this. And the bags were too. We used to get them when we were camping.
