I love his recipes and can tell that they will be tasty, but the problem is that when i try to make his recipes the amount that is listed for his ingredients are not accurate. I used a food scale to measure 5 grams of haw flakes and its about 5 or 6 pieces of haw flakes, but you can count the amount he uses is more than 5 grams or 5-6 pieces they are over 24 pieces. it was hard to get an accurate count of the amount of pieces of haw flakes because of the steam that comes up after he puts the haw flakes in. I also measured the amount of tomatoes needed that would add up to 1200 grams would be almost 6 large tomatoes and 6 large tomatoes would more than what looks shown in his vidoe. Will make it today with adjustments and see how it comes out with leaving the rest of the sauce amounts the same. We tried his fried milk recipe and the measurements were off too.

very dangerous what he was doing. All that oil he was sloshing around, if he made a little more splash it'd go over the top and into that flame, and u'd have a firebomb that would burn your entire house down.

The only hard part is how did you make it so bright and yellow in the end? Although I followed every single instructions and ingredients but it did not get as bright yellow as you have: (

I tried this recipe but I messed up the sauce somehow so it tasted like sweet and sour pork. But it was still good. Thanks.
