I made this last night because I was hungry and had nothing to eat. Very simple to make, but I think I used a little too much flour (it still puffed up and was pretty airy though. I never seem to get the amount of flour just right using a measuring cup--can you include weights? Say, now I want to make cream puffs/eclairs with this. Can you do a video on the filling (I didn't see one on your website.

You pronounced it correctly: ) Typically made with gruyere cheese (or sometimes more obscure French cheese) but parmesan sounds delightful too
