Oh Em Gee! Now THAT is a real crab cake. Crab with the accent on crab. Most restaurants give you a crab flavored bread cake. There is ONE Ma & Pa fish market / restaurant here where they've made them this way for at least a generation, and they're to die for. I rarely bother making them myself, but you may have just twisted my arm.

They should change that. I mean, crabby as a bad mood needs to change. I don't often get to eat crab and when I do, I'm about as far from a bad mood as I can be. This looks great and I can't wait to try it out. I wonder what other awesome seafood would work with the recipe as well?

You know it'd be easier if you would have showed us how you prepped everything first, and explain the cutting procedure on how we should dice or chop the food, and a few other things are missing in this tutorial. Cause you lost me.

-GhostOrchid NOOO! Boohooooo! But you could also try canned tuna and make tuna patties! I do that a lot. Thanks for noticin' my hair! :) I'm trying to grow it out, but sometimes it makes me crazy and I want to hack it all off again.

Thanks Hilah. I love eating these but never made them. Did try with salmon once and decided to call it scrambled. Thanks for the pre-refrigeration info. No one with the option to do better should ever eat crappy food.

-laeknir001 Old Bay seasoning is a mix you can buy pretty much anywhere I think that is designed for crab boils and crawfish boils and the like. It's mostly celery seed and black and red pepper.
