As much as I use it, I've never roasted it. Looks great, and easy, so why the frack not? It'll happen as soon as I get to the store, which'll be soon because I'm almost out of beer.

Okay, maybe you know the answer to this: what the hell is white asparagus? I'd heard it's not buried as deeply in the ground or something? Does it taste any different? Oh and by the way? CHILI OIL! What a good idea is THAT? And your dress matches the veggies and lemons! Awwww!

If you can, can you please describe the taste. I never ate them really. It looks like it should taste like a string bean sorta. I want to cook these you make them look so damned good. LOL. Thanks.
