Just a tip for your awesome brownies. Been making them since I was 9. Do a offset ratio of white/light brown sugar to make gooey & fudgier. For instance 1 1/3 cp to 2/3 cup ratio. The molasses in the brown sugar really gives it that fudgylicios-goodnesses. Trust me

These are awesome fudgy brownies! I followed the recipe in your cookbook and made the ganache frosting as well. They were really good with or without the frosting! :D I love brownies that are more like fudge than cake. These are it!

My sister taught me to make brownies when i was little. We use a silicon tray though so that when removing you can pop them out and as a result less brownie is wasted. X P good memories, still bake, just alone or with my mum.

Well, I tried it with the chocolate milk mix XD Not the best substitute. I think that has too much sugar added to it and not enough chocolate. I will have to go get real cocoa powder to try this recipe out properly!

Since I never -plan- to make brownies and never have chocolate around the house unless I plan to make something, it's nice to have a nice coca brownie recipe, on hand. This one's that.
