I was hoping you would do your own in-home version of this as you have in previous videos. But this video was pretty darn thorough, so maybe a layman like myself can replicate it. Wish me luck. Anyway, thanks for this, and as always, looking forward to your next video. You, ROCK!

Thanks Hilah. looks great. Would love to learn Mexican cooking. I never know which cheese to buy in the store. :( I love Enchiladas and would love to make them. Can you maybe do a segment on Enchiladas? Cheese, I love cheese.
thanks again Hilah. that was fun!

That looks very good. Wondering why you went all the way to Austin for a some good Mexican food though? There must be several hundred thousands great Mexican places in the L. A. /O. C. area alone. Still, it did look very good though.

Yay Hilah, I love these field trips! So cool to see how restauranteurs think about food and the storied behind their dishes! Now if I could only get my hands on some good Mexican food.

Aw man, there are few things better than proper fajitas.
Hilah, have you ever had Mexican Hot Chocolate? It's quite unique. I'd be curious to see what you think of it.

It is hard for me to trust a place that spells -tamal- incorrectly. The singular form of -tamales- is -tamal-, not -tamale. - Oh well. :(

I've passed by that place on Airport, but it's always too busy to stop. Guess I'll try one of the other locations. Looks great! Thanks Hilah!

Looks like food of the Gods! I bet Zeus and Apollo are up on Mount Olympus chowing down on Tamale House fajitas at this moment.
