If you put nuts, pretzels or both on the parchment paper under where you are drizzling the chocolate over the cookies you can create a second sweet treat cause the chocolate will coat the goodies that's on the paper. Its a win win

I know vanilla extract is optional, I’m assuming almond extract is OK, but I also like to use pure maple syrup just for a change with that be OK
