The intro to all your videos looks like the nice New York Italian girl next door vibe, however, you are professional your food looks professional and the presentation is professional. Do you do it all, cooking and the video the Instagram links or is it a team and was it your idea to start the vids like a home-based baker rather than a pro kitchen style it works very well. Also thought you're From New York but you have a Rome based address did you move to Europe

I severely underestimated how much chocolate I would need. For those wondering, you will need 450 grams at least, it will make about 16-18 peanut butter cups. I only had 200 grams of chocolate and still have half of my peanut butter mix left. I made 8 peanut butter cups

As a kid I loved Snickers bars, but now I eat PB cups every day! moo, I know. I never knew they were so easy to make, I'm gonna try to make some, but with dark or semi-sweet. You should call yours PB and C cups; )

I add salt to my peanut butter mixture which makes it much more like a Reese's. Also, more powdered sugar is a must to make the peanut butter mixture fluffy like a Reese's. Other than tht, a good basic recipe, though.

Getting Reese's in Czech republic is very hard and also expensive, so I am very grateful for this tutorial: it's easy and it looks delicious! Thanks a bunch
