This is amazing! Looks so pretty too! -Is this a -crostata recipe-? How much lemon zest should I add? I tasted the crostata w/ jam baked by my friend's Italian hubby. It was flaky & tarty & had lemon juice & zest. I love lemony, tarty flavors. -Yes, her Italian hubby, a hydraulic engineer makes fantastic crostata, caponata & lasagna! I'm amazed at Italian men & their cooking abilities. -I have been looking for an Italian -crostata- pie crust recipe. Is this a -crostata- crust? -You are the cutest, prettiest baker!

Can u plz write the method too as the ingredients, as it-s easy nd quick to note down the recpie. :) yr recpies r looking great will make thm soon but plz note abt writing the methods too. thanks-One suggestion u can write the method in subtitles that would also help while listening we can c nd write it down too! whatever u r informing us can be written n subtitles as we can easily go through yr tips too!

This looks really fab - the pastry and the filling both look delicious! It seems a great way of getting a good result with a lemon tart. IMO, it's always difficult to judge lemon tarts when you bake the filling as well as the crust - it's so easy to overcook the filling. This way, you can focus separately on getting the crust perfect, and the filling perfect; and then combine the two at the end.

I like the idea about mixing the whipped cream with a lemon and takes the strongness of the lemon out and when you're baking cooking nuts in the pie crust I'm not a big fan of lemon myself but you just made it so it might be really something to try you're a smart girl thank you

Mum makes this to us frequently and it's like a dream! -But mum's version is that she tops it with meringue. so when you have a bite, you get the creaminess of the cream, with the crunchiness and chewiness of the meringue! Isn't that sooo tempting!

''This is an excellent lemon curd product. I use it to flavor whipped cream, cream cheese and as a filling to lemon chiffon cake. I make a double quantity and freeze it in 100g cups. Thank you Emma for this wonderful recipe.
