Hi Emma, this question doesn't have to do with this video, but I figured there's a bigger chance for you to see it if I comment on your recent one. I recently bought 2 -7 inch- pans (to esp make your cakes) but I was wondering what depth your pans are? Mine are 2 inch and I just dont know if I'll have a problem with the cake rising and spilling over the top? Hope you see this!

you haven't changed any Emma you never seem to amaze me making something out of nothing I was doing that with fruit smoothies and I found that if you add corn syrup it takes the granular texture out of it and makes it a smooth texture I'm sorry I haven't been around I have had a bad time with relationships lately and I didn't want to be around nobody

Remarkable
You know, those sorbets look incredible - and unbelievably easy to make too! I've seen some professional chefs on YouTube give out sorbet recipes that use condensed milk as an ingredient. As you say in the video though, sorbets don't contain dairy. That's the whole point of them.

Thank you so much for this recipe. In Seychelles it's hard to find fresh peaches and strawberries so do you think i can use canned peaches for instance which is freezed? I would love to see you make a coconut sorbet pls if you can some time. xx from Seychelles.

so I followed all of the Instructions but when I added the simple syrup to the frozen fruit and blended it, it turned into a thin mixture. I have it in the fridge to set up but I feel that it will become hard as an ice cube. what do you think I did wrong?

Hello, I have frozen fruit in the freezer but there are a lot of seeds/pips in them, I find it not very nice when I make smoothies so I strain it, will i need to do some sort of straining or should I just only use strawberries, currents and raspberries?

Looks amazing. I'm planning to do this but I'm confused about measurements for syrup ingredients. You write 160gr each of water and sugar. But for the cup measurements, you write 2/3 cup water and 3/4 cup sugar. So more sugar than water?

Wow! Those sorbets are CRAZY! Up until now, I thought 5-minute sorbets were the way to go, but I can see I've been badly misled! 3-minute sorbets are the future. I genuinely can't believe how easy these are to make. They look gorgeous!
