How long should i let them cool before putting in an air tight container to gift someone? I know you said 10 mins but I've made your other mini cookies before and they got pretty stale inside an air tight container, probably cuz i didnt let them cool off for long enough. Would highly appreciate if you replied btw love your recipes!

Ohh Emma thank you. I used to buy something like this in a restaurant next to my job. SOOOO addicting. they made them about 5 to 6 inches in diameter. they put a 'healthy' price tag on it so I didn't feel guilty eating them. LOL
