Thank you Emma, I've got a collection of different chocolates. I Love Chocolate. But, due to having mouth surgeries, I haven't been able to enjoy any of it yet. Now, though I really want to try your Chocolate chip cookie recipe. I too Love the middle. My mom would get so mad when I'd eat the middles out of the chocolate chip cookies and put the cookie back in the cookie jar. I figured it was ok for my Dad liked the edges. Thank you again for sharing. You're Simply Wonderful

hey emma! i have a question: before i watch any of your videos i check the description for a mention of vanilla, and there is so may I ask, is it optional? i can t have vanilla due to the vodka/alcohol there is, and there isn t an alcohol-less extract for vanilla lol, thank you!

Those cookies look absolutely amazing and I decided to do them too! I m currently baking them and question, is it okay that I put them until 15min in the oven because they weren t done in 10min? Thank you Emma for the recipe tho!

Definitely use chocolate bars in your chocolate chip cookies, if for nothing other than one reason: a chocolate bar can become chocolate morsels easily, but chocolate morsels can t become a chocolate bar easy.
