Can we talk about how inflated the prices on this are? Are you actually putting 4. 49 worth of Cinnamon in this cheesecake? REALLY? Are you putting 5. 02 worth of Molasses in? I like the comparison of skill, but the prices are such painful clickbait, and they scare people off actually trying the advanced recipes. It's honestly disappointing.

Does this chef use any of the 17 ingredients? I thought the point of these videos was to show first- you don't need to be a chef to make chef quality food, and second- even with basic ingredients, you can make fancy food. Instead I'm learning that if I don't have expensive ingredients, I need to get expensive ingredients.

I literally make cheesecake once a year, and it's a diabetic one for my mom. =/ It's not bad, but I wouldn't serve it to company.
