4 Levels of Curry: Amateur to Food Scientist Epicurious Inoshishi: I think I like Emilys Curry the most.
While I am sure Yuji's and Lorenzos Curry were delicious, their Dishes were too heavy on the Protein Ingridient Side.
Also the Curry Part of their dish was somewhat. the second fiddle? An after Thought? I mean Lorenzo just throw some spice mix into the dish and Yuji a storebought Curry Rue. If the topic is Curry I want to know which Spices are used in ones Curry Spice Mixture.
Emily at least showed how she activated the Spices, giving them some Heat. I liked that very much.

I have a TREMENDOUS amount of respect for the gentleman cooking the Japanese curry for
saying how important it is to kill without suffering in any way.
People have no idea how bad the stress chemicals released into the blood of the animals they eat are
to the human body. That goes for all animals

Level 5 No-Waste Option: let s use a molecular gastronomy dream-catcher to nab the final and fleeting glimpses of the lobster s life as it flashes before him/her - and from its essence, create a lobster nitrogen foam to top off the dish.

I definitely fell in love with the expert level dish, but the advanced level was on point) and I can definitely go for vegetarian (beginner level) any time) P. s. I'm a end up seeing this video again, and probably again and again.

I think in this episode they should reverse the levels:
Emily: Level 3
Lorenzo: Level 2
Yuji Level 1: with the pre-made curry cause that's not a chef curry (for me) even the dish look awesome

I find it wildly entertaining how Lvl 3 uses roux blocks, lvl 2 uses curry powder, and lvl 1 makes it all from scratch. Definitely would ve expected for it to be the other way around

Japanese Beef Curry is my favorite food ever. Glad to see Japanese Curry here. The days sitting with my old sensei and eating his recipe will make me love it always.

Love Yuji's recipe but I thought it was a little funny seeing him use a store bought rue block instead of making it from scratch. still the curry I would want most
