I think Daniel (the level 2 chef) had the best recipe for this one! His mixing of spicy and sweet flavors with the chorizo was really good and looked better than the chef's relatively simple puff pastry, and his sauce also looked delicious. Also he super cute

Daniel s was right up my alley except instead of grating the manchego cheese I d make slices about half the width of the membrillo and the sausage in order to better balance the flavors.

I think they switched up the level 2 and level 3 recipe by mistake. The only thing she did was puff pastry with sage. His had major flavor combinations.
