I have to disagree about the Fullstar Vegetable Chopper. I've had mine for 2 years and it work fantastically! He is using TOO big of onion cuts. Use half what he did and it chops like magic! There is an added attachment that allows you to slice/grate instead of chop and you can make Zucchini pasta with one of the attachments. He is too judgmental on this product and did not test all the pieces. I would give it a 4. 5 out of 5 just because he is right that it's a tiny bit of a struggle to press and clean but IT WORKS! He's right about most, but NOT this one

Tbh, I think two plates cannot substitute the Rapid Slicer.
The bottom of the rapid slicer has some curves in it to hold whatever you want to slice in half as compared to 2 plates which has no curves making anything you put in the bottom hard to stay put, and it has a good top that complements the bottom. It is a good device. Would buy that one for the cherry tomatoes and if I have money, of course.

i've seen small ones with the long handle he suggested. But also i don't cook enough to buy that.

I completely don't understand why the carrot peeler was created so it clamps to the worktop, because you're either gonna have, as he said, a carrot on the floor, or even worse a carrot in the bin
