Guys use good enough butter if u want ur verimicalli soft and u can also use cream cheese. u can't make exact kunafa like Dubai but u can make better than what you get out here in restaurant. try making this dish for couples of time I'm sure u guys will succeed.

Pls mere questions ka answer dey. mujhe eid pe banana hai mere husband ki farmaiesh hai. khoya oven me bake karennge toh jalega nahi? kyu k Mene koya khaja microwave me 1 minute k liye rakha tha toh pura jal gaya andar se khoya.

Made it today for the guests. Everyone disliked it because sawaian was like uncooked. I think we must replace swaian with kunafa (som we can buy from Turkish shops. Sorry food fusion I like your recipes but not this one.

maine aj try ki. taste sahi tha par sawiyan crunchy crunchy hi rahi. syrup dalnay k baad zara si hi soft rahi. dough arbiyon ki hi use karni chiyeh thi mjhe. on ki sawiyan bht naram hoti hai bake honay k baad.

Waste of time and ingredients. I tried it become a worse and hard even I was thinking vermicelli itself too hard after roasting it become hard like stone. Really disagree with this recipe.

I made it. It didnt taste like the authentic kunafa because the vermicelli didnt bond well and was not as crisp. However my in-laws who havent eaten the authentic one liked it.

Plz food fusion pehniyon s kunafah banaana sikhaine swiyon s mene try kia hai acha hota hai lakin soft nhi swiyen already cooked hoti hen is waja s. plz note my request.

Kindly koi mujhy yeh bata dai kay jo kunafay kay oper sewiyah hoti hai wo bake krty hai jb or ready ho jata hai to. Sewiyah naram ho jati hai ya hard hi rehti hai?

Can't we just make the softer vermicelli first and then stack them in order? And exclude the cheese and use kheer or smth else instead? It would taste alot better.
