Salam mam aapne bahut ache se exaplain kiya hai. per 2 sawal hai. 1. Pizza dough ko shape dene ke baad rest dena hai? 2. Oven me bake kerne ke liye top & bottom dono gril on kerne hai? Yeh sirf bottom wali aur last me 2-3 minutes ke liye top wali on kerne hai? Plz reply thanks
