Face masks? If you watched March 8th 60 Minutes in an interview with Dr. Fauci, he said he did not see any reason we needed to wear face masks. As a matter of fact he said in new England journal of medicine that this NOVEL corona virus or ncovid19 was a kind to the NORMAL flu season. Now this means we not only don't need masks but there was no real pandemic. Bill Gates wants us all bookmarked with his biometric blood marker that TRACKS you any where you go. I have a strong feeling this plandemic was bought to us buy Bill Gates for the at least one agenda and that is to get us with his marker. Control freak not humanitarian, but it may get darker. I would rather this was a bad joke than what it most likely is.

Yes. I'm liking this a lot. I am, however, thinking along the lines of a sherry cream sauce, rather than tomato, for salmon/spinach. Also figuring in some chopped hard boiled eggs somewhere along the way. garnish, maybe? I'm also seeing a very nice tossed salad with baby greens, sliced cherry tomatoes, red onion, chopped avocado and a slightly sweet raspberry vinaigrette. Okay. time to get busy.

Looks nomma-nom-noms, will be testing this one on my good man. Served him up your tuna noodle bake last night and he loved it, my neighbour enjoyed a portion too. Did the bake in two lots, one with tuna, the other with smoked salmon and prawns. I love how you give approximate rather than absolute measures and encourage experimentation.

I spend most of my day in the kitchen (Prepping, baking, the works you know) and I typically have Chef John on in the background. Even if I'm not making the same thing he is, it just feels nice to have a cooking buddy. Even when you're pretty sure that cooking buddy is old enough to be your grandpa.

I have no idea where did you, Chef, get that piece of light blue fabric on your counter, but this fabric was once used to make the most infamous bed covers in my country (Egypt, back when my grandparents got married. Hope that s not the case for you.

It isn't hard to spend 60 to 90 seconds per can removing the salmon skin and spine bones. Maybe you need to get your rhyming on. like. if you insist on your canned salmon being pretty, get rid of the slimy skin and spine bones. so gritty

That two-wheel serving looked like a pair of breasts. That s probably why you thought they looked perfect. Anyway, interesting recipe. I ll have to try it, sometime. I ll likely go with spinach and ricotta.

Cumin and smoked paprika plus salmon in a red sauce? My palate is as confused as my brain! like the general idea and technique lol Think I might use this as a base recipe for a pasta bowl. Might work

Clearly my pantry is lacking. Ingredient two of the dough and I would need to venture outside. I knew I should've gotten eggs when I was getting fresh fruit and veggies, some beef. Damnit! ;)
