I thought the combination sounds like chocolate cheesecake, something that doesn't really go together as it's the wrong combination of flavours, but I can tell that Chef John has nearly finished the presentation before the end of the video proves that it must be tasty, very very tasty.

The first time I heard of pulled pork pancakes, it was Sorted doing the recipe and I assumed they were just making stuff up, like their paella burrito. But now that Chef John is doing it, I have to ask, since when is this an actual thing! I'm so confused.

I do smoked pulled pork all the time on our pellet grill. I bet that would be killer this way. Thanks again for making me look like a genius at home in the kitchen. Side note; my family absolutely loves the Russian honey cake recipe. I ve made it now 6 times!

If this delicious recepy is BREAKFAST that would mean that you have to wake up VERY early in the morning to do 3, 5 hours pork in the oven! I wounder how late was your breakfast, Chef John; ) Always enjoying your Videos! They make me happy for some reason)

I've got some smoked pulled pork in my freezer. gonna try some of your spice/syrup/vinegar mixture and put under the broiler. and make a sweet fried cornbread batch. and yes, find a jalapeno pepper: )
