I made your vanilla pastry cream for puffs not too long ago and it turns out my family are all about savory fillings even though they agreed that it tasted fantastic. I enjoyed it alone after all that work lol.

That so needs a teaspoon of mustard in the mix. And not that overly sweet American stuff. English, French or German would be fine. Unless Ireland makes mustard I guess.
