Yall blaming the camera man, and the editor can just sneak off like theyre not to blame for the insanely rapid cuts. Then you have Ramsay himself sounding like hes commanding a group of soldiers. He really could just as well be saying Reload, or Smashed faces, or Homework given that tone of voice.

I think they just have him record a bunch of words in a studio, then when he makes videos, they just pull up those sound bites to put into the video. If they need some new word like BlowTorch theyll have him come in. Good thing is we can still have these videos made after he dies haha

I love choux pastry If you fill the profiteroles with pastry cream, you have cream puffs. If you drop 4 inch long strips of the dough in hot oil then roll in cinnamon and sugar, you have Mexican churros You can also make Beignets & eclairs with it. So versatile

Such a fast wirlwind, I didnt get how much of any of the ingredients an what, was called what. Christmas Eve an I was looking for ideas before going out to get ingredients. Think I will try Jamie Olivias vids hoping he bit slower for us non wanna be chiefs

I see a lot of glorious British recipes call for crme or double crme. I dont recall seeing them in the grocery stores in the US. Maybe they are located in specialty gourmet shops, I dont know. What brand is the best to cook with?

Store bought cream puffs are trash. I thought I hated them for years until a coworker brought them home made to work, everything she did was great so I had one and was floored by the difference
