Big & Bold Flavours With Inexpensive ingredients Gordon Ramsay Taha: the rice is too much wet. in the middle east people usually cook Kabsa which has the same basic as your second recipe but instead of sausage we use any kind of meat like chicken or lamb or beef, and of course no wine. but the rice should be fluffy and separate piece by piece not wet and loaded with fluid. so I think if you adjust the amount of stock and let it cook on high heat for few seconds, don't stir it and then the lowest heat covered, letting the rice steam slowly, that would make a fantastic meat/rice dish.

Just when you thought you had a good larder full of herbs and spices and a fridge with all kinds of condiments and sauced in there, Along comes Gordon with a new recipe so off to the supermarket you go to buy 5 more that you will never use again! And it's like that with every recipe he does. the stuff I've had to throw out gone out of date is unbelievable.

Does anyone know whether he means inexpensive for where he lives or inexpensive compared to other cuts?
Low priced lamb here still costs more than chicken, pork, medium quality beef, and medium quality fish.
He should state the date of filming the video, the approximate costs of the ingredients, and give prices for comparable ingredients.

The elifont was well rested during the address to the many. We have many options to determine the wealth of the pound sterling. The dollar is public. The sampled guitar makes the song. You need so many sponsors. To rain on a parade? It is a quite e l o q u e n t nothing. Politics severs the soul. Again?

I would like to see a video where you only use a set amount of money on ingredients INCLUDING spices and all, you are only allowed to have cooking utensils, water, salt and pepper. So no 'I have this cheap cut and my half used 400 wineand this half used truffle.

Inexpensive recipes immediately includes lamb, dijon mustard and extra virgin olive oil. yeah thats not inexpensive, you aren't finding any of that in the value aisle!
