In North Sumatra, they have the special dishes called 1. Sak-sang (the secret of this dishes are blood and andaliman a. k. a Sichuan pepper)2. Arsik (Golden fish cooked with a kind of curry sauce and andaliman)In Padang, West Sumatra. Heres the origin of most delicious and legendary RENDANG. They cooked rendang for 8 hours to make it delight. Thats why they can keep the rendang for more than 2 months. In Borneo, they have an extraordinary food with Chinese Influencers. In Sulawesi, they eat almost everything. And they have the finest quality of Smoky fish and meat around Indonesia. You can even find the rat, lizard, dog and turtle. In the East side of Indonesia, especially Papua. They have the special dishes called papeda made from sago and the light curry. In Bali, I dont know. I lived in Bali for more than 2 years but all I can see is Western influence. Burger everywhere, flapjacks, dominos pizza. But Im lucky enough to find their special sambal sambal matah and urutan ( Bali traditional sausages)I remember, in some of special spots. They served sea turtles too. In Java, the modern foods are everywhere so its hard to find the authenticity food of this land. Gudeg Jogja, Soto Kudus, Tengkleng. Thats all I know even I moved around Java for 9 years

Hey, mister Gordon, try Bottoms up Bar and Grill, you would probably have a blast With management, and some. I cant reach you directly, Im gonna give it my All. This place, kind of needs your attention. No one cares, what I think. Or say this establishment needs. I wish you would visit this place, before you retire. Im the Heart of this place. This is one place, in Odessa Texas, I wish wouldnt Die, or Fall.

The people here are very friendly, I met this lady in the river, she cooked really well. Bun Rieu, the people here call it. Thank you Gordon for visiting Can Tho city You need to come back here as soon as possible to enjoy more dishes

Does anybody else wonder if the customers keep the bowl? They seem like pretty good bowls and I dont think the lady has 60-80 bowls on her boat on stock per day. Does she come back to get the bowl after? What happens to the damn bowls?

That woman wants 10 USD a day as profit. Any sensible businessman would take her away and have her in a western cafe and pay her 30 USD a day and give her free accommodation. I bet this lady can cook more than she shows on here

I saw ramsey put some cans into his carry-on. I could only make out the word Campbells Hmmm. Cheating again to look like he knows everything. Stick to making mashed potatoes with ketchup ramsey

Wow. This the most Ive ever seen Ramsay work. No doubt he swore never to do that much work again. Certainly he has put on a lot of weight since way back when this was made.

Oh wow. that last part of what Gordon said about Vietnamese food. TT this is why I like to cook Because. well it makes me feel so proud of my people. ah. so proud.
