ramsay Ive learned some great cooking tips from you that made a big difference. I never knew you were supposed to squeeze out the water from potatoes to make it crispier and using the butter on the edges made it amazing I just made a Egg Fritta today.

What happens if we want it at medium well or well done, how would the cooking change then is it just on a lower heat for longer? and again only flipping once? not a fan of the rare steaks.

Ok so he said flip the steak only once but at the CRITICAL MOMENT, his daughter did not PAN DOWN so I can t really see if he violated what he said he only flipped once? - -anyone confirm?
