I would eat 2/3 of these cakes, the watermelon and the swedish berry. Unfortunately, I am allergic to Menthol, a chemical in mint plants that makes that 'cooling sensation' in your mouth when you have something minty. Peppermints are something I can never enjoy because my throat would get so swollen it would restrict my breathing and maybe even kill me. :( The other cakes look delicious thought!

I looked at your website and I was like oh HECK NO that's so expensive! Then I remembered you are a Toronto peep, my hometown, and all the prices are in Canadian, as apposed to the majority of Youtubers with their American prices so I have ordered my very own Sir Squeeze and I am getting ready for him to intrude on my vacation soon!

Omg so many comments but I have so much to say about this. It would have also been cool if the peppermint fondant was flush. If you cut it out and kind of smoothed it together. The lines wouldnt have been as clean but thats realistic. Also wrapping the whole cake in cellophane for a photo wouldve also been so sick!

my grandma always had a candy dish of presumably old swedish berry candies. i never ate them because they looked and felt very waxy. (also considering we're very much hispanic and in the south, I have no idea where she got ahold of them)

There's nothing I wouldn't do for any kind of gummy candy. Not those weird squishy chew candies, some people think I'm talking about that. I'm talking, anything from gummy bears to anything that has that kind of gummy in it

Hi Yolanda, want to say that I love all your cake creation, I also like the fact that you are taking us through the process of going out and showing what you are buying to make the next cake. Continue with the journey.

The Swedish berry would probably taste better if you cut it in in more layers and gave it a layer of frosting. Right now its just cake covered in fondant with a thin layer icing and crumb coat.

I enjoy going on these adventures with you. In part because it is probably the closest I'll ever get to Toronto, and I enjoy learning more about the city, and the food/dessert scene there.
