I have a few more suggestions: a cake with lots of disney charecters, a full on rainbow cake, an M&M fountain, and last but not least a Harry Potter book cake with a wand on top. I'm sorry if this is to much I just had alot of ideas.

Yolanda, Ive tried the balloon and chocolate trick before, but I had issues with the balloons not wanting to come out of the chocolate shell and leaving behind gross colored residue. Any ideas? Should I get newer balloons?

I'm from Texas and we usually pinch people if they don't wear green on St. Patrick's Day, but that's kind of a kid tradition, and they usually don't pinch hard: )Ps: I'm watching this at night and my retainer just cracked lol.
