What I am finding very trick is to convert measure to grams and kg and to make smaller cakes like 6inch or 8 inch (sorry, not good at maths) Please could you post a equivalents chart on your blog/website? I'm sure people like me will find it very useful. Also, just as a suggestion, maybe a themed video but the part on how to measure the ingredients and prepare them? Well, just thoughts. I know that she's the pro, and I know nothing, but why didn't she just push the pans into the cake to remove the caramelization? I think it would save so much time, but again, I know nothing. She probably already tried it and it didn't work another time.
