You've ruined The Great British Bake Off for me. There's No measuring. No Sir Squeeze (& I'd expect him to be in the U. K. No dowels. No fondant patching. No removing the carmelization. None of the things you've taught me.

I am watching a lot of cake decorators make cake, but, for some reason they all look good at a distance.
With Yolanda, everything looks perfect from every angle. Everything is neat. From the cake she has baked to the way she does the layering, the crumb coat, her table, her kitchen, she herself etc.

Did you know that majority of the acorns squirrels hide, they actually forget. Ironically because of this, squirrels accidentally plant millions of trees! So squirrels are gardeners too on top of secret agents!

Acorn is a nut. FYI some asian(especially korean cause we do this often) cultures would blanch, mush and harden them in a form of jelly. It's a savory base for a delicious spring veggie 'salad'

They used to make coffee and flour from acorns during and after WW II over here in Germany because they didn't have anything else. It's actually supposed to be not bad at all.
