I've never tried fairy bread and I've only known about it for probably a year now but my family made up this thing where you put cream cheese on bread and sprinkle some chocolate sprinkles on it(we sometimes use 2 slices of bread) and it tastes sooo good

My favourite Casper quotes in this video: We just get the cheapest, worst-for-you, white bread you can find. The kind that can last in a nuclear explosion. Then you get the platter, or plate, or a piece of cardboard if you cant afford a plate.

The top that got sliced off could be used for another slice - a crust slice. Sure some kids probably turn their nose up at crust slices, but ones who are not quite so picky would eat one, and a cake crust? That would get no noses turned.

I used to have fairy bread in the 1970s with hundreds and thousands. loved it. 'Sprinkles' hadn't been invented in the UK then. Also in those days cupcakes were known as fairy cakes. true story.

I'm eating fairy bread right now - yep, 100s & 1000s on the shittest squishiest white bread ever. DELICIOUS. But I swear butter tastes way better than margarine.

As an Australian I can confirm everything he described in aussie fairy bread was correct - cheap bread, margerine bc broke, hundreds and thousands and triangles.
