Australia Day is coming up on the 26 of January which is pretty big in Australia, it would be soooo awesome if you could make a cake in the shape of Australia! I like baking myself, unfortunately I'm not very good at it: ) Whatever, I wanted to ask if you have done training as a confectionist or if you're just incredibly skilled XD. I do try and level my cakes like you Yolanda, but they still end up wonky and need more buttercream on one side to make it level I've been cake decorating for three years (btw I'm 15)

Honestly, I don't see how you can take days to make a cake just to eat it. I would have to admire it for like a week and then invite my whole family over just t eat it.
