Probably a strange thought, but I really wanted this cake to be dragonfruit-flavored somehow, even if it was just with dragonfruit simple syrup. Pink-fleshed dragonfruit like you're making is quite sweet, but white dragonfruit (which is generally the only kind I can get regularly where I am) tastes like a very mild pear, so you probably could've gone with making pear-infused simple syrup and pear-flavored buttercream and it would've turned out awesome.

I entered the giveaway and I watched every video you have made I would love to have the stand mixer I bake cake and cupcakes all day every day but I have to do it with a hand mixer if I got a stand mixer It would make my job so much easier you would love all my cakes and cupcakes all of them are homemade my one recipes they get better each time I make them I would be so proud if I get this mixer

I know this video is 15 months old but I was wondering if anybody knows what are the black bits she puts in this cake to make it look like a real dragon fruit interior? I want to create this make this cake for our annual global fruit contest. That will take place next month. Also, what is the shiny transparent stuff she puts on the cake at the end before eating it? I really need your help, please!

I honestly have no idea. but Im hoping that she will make the rest of BT21. Im still Jungshook and I go back to that video every time I feel like people hate BTS, the I realize Yolanda made BT21 cakes. I had no idea she knew what BTS is. P. S. She is still wearing her Cake Love shirt. If you are anything like me you cant say that without singing Fake Love. Nan molla!

I've been on a pineapple kick lately. so pineapple! I just learned that the fruits form in a spiral pattern which makes it more awesome. second vote is for a pomegranate!
