Those cakes are gorgeous but that fondant is so thick! I just hate how wasteful it is because no one likes to eat that and it ends up being peeled off and thrown in the trash. I wish there was a better way to get such a polished looking cake.

So I tried to make the brownies with coconut oil. It turned out not cakey enough for me. I used only 3/4 cup of coconut oil to the one cup of butter because the oil was loose or something. Thanks Yolanda
