Hold the phone, In all fairness, F you. What did I do to you? How do you think I'm funding my videos? Please remember, I'm not Jamie Oliver. I'm just starting out in the world of catertainment. And it does cost coin to produce our vids. You came on here slagging me off but you never even watched the vids. You were angry about the commercial, fair enough. I ain't too happy about em either but we need em. Meat, cameras, editing, etc costs money.

Hahaha, now that mini keg is a visual! And it's true, I forgot about the honkin' big cans over there. We're mostly used to 12 ounces over here. I could send some over if you want =P Also; I'll trade those 12 ounce cans for those huge slabs of meat you can get anywhere but here any day. Especially the one in that Brisket video that you did, love that and love you man =D

I harvest a black bear every year or so behind my house in Idaho. I have been frying the roasts and steaks in bear fat in my dutch ovens and freezing the rest. But after seeing this I want to try beer canning one. Might I have to use a Fosters Lager shoved up his arse? Will that be enough to do the job properly?

Of course they do, I chose Heineken because they are one of the few companies making 12 ounce cans for the UK. Most beers are in super tall cans. If the Bird is big enough then you can use the big ones. I wanna shove a mini keg up a goose's butt!

Hi there DJ. Really like your work. Got two quick q's: 1) Are you worried about some of the paint coming off the cans into the chicken? 2) Don't have one of your awesome smokers, can i do it in an oven?

man it was radical. i put orange and thyme in a can in her. and then i made a rub of thyme, salt, pepper, ras el hanout, and some lemon. and basted it every 10 minutes.
