I'm from Holland, they should serve this in beach clubs this summer and on beach party's grilled straight from the bbq for this spectacular effect, maybe combined with catamaran lessons befor it and then when the sun goes down and some jamaica funk well yes and retail 6, - if you want to keep it customer friendly but 8, - in the city.

Lovely! I'm really going to try this, love steak sandwiches. One problem: lately I don't seem to be able to get any good English mustard over here in The Netherlands! Dijon mustard is allright, Dutch mustard is great, but they don't have the nice spicy sweet heat of the good old Colman's.

I cooked this at the weekend for the boys with a couple of beers. Best sarnie ever. Literally never had anything so good. I did replace the mustard with horse radish, the hot stuff and added a few shavings of parmasan. Happily pay 20quid for one each and every time.

i dont know why so many people like under done meat. I have sometimes eaten medium, but usually i prefer medium-well. Theres so much red it just doesnt look appetizing, looks like its for my dogs haha. Why is rare meat so sought after? I just dont get it.

Aside from slicing the skirt steak incorrectly, that looks really good! You should slice it against the grain. It's much more tender and easier to chew, for a better experience, especially on a sandwich.

This looks like a hard to eat sandwich. Crusty bread, large slices of (somewhat tough) meat cut with the grain. Solid idea and flavors though! Can't wait to fiddle around with it.

One small change I'd make to this is slicing the steak the other way. You don't want to slice steak, especially skirt steak, along the grain. But it looks great otherwise!

I'd pay 10 pounds easily if I also get fries or potato wedges and a dip with it. And a nice tip for the waiter or waitress who recommends this bad boy to me

Cooking is my passion and I tend to get a bit picky but I'd definitely pay a good price for this amazing, mouthwatering sandwich. That steak is a beauty.
